First impressions on a date matter, right?
Well, they also matter upon enrolling a new client!
I have what I consider to be a World-Class Onboarding Process that helps all my clients get powerfully setup to get instant results within the first 24-72 hours of enrolling in a program.
I’ve made this super simple for you by segmenting the steps.
Simply pick the items that align with your joy, creativity, and excitement, and away you go!
Your Onboarding will include:
Links, Emails, Gifts, and Surprises.
For example, you can include:
- A Digital Service Agreement for the client to sign. I use DocuSign
- An Enrolment Email with instructions on how to make the payment.
- An Automated Enrolment E-Mail helping the client receive the links, gifts, and information that will help them hit the ground running.
- A Personality Test for a better understanding of your client.
- A Personalized Video Letter welcoming them into the program.
- An Enrolment Link to the program via Kajabi
- A Welcoming PDF that outlines the offer they just purchased with photos, graphics, and a brand aesthetic that's aligned with the company's vision.
- Past client testimonials to inspire even more possibilities
- A Personal Promise recorded via audio with music (I do this because it's fun for me)
Once they’ve been fully onboarded, I start our journey by doing something called the Bottlenecks and Blindspots Audit.
This helps me pinpoint the areas of their coaching practice that are underperforming.
With the data collected from that conversation, I can then create a customized strategy for us to start with.
Now, for Premium Clients that are investing $25,000 or more, I create:
- Personalized Branding Kits sent to their home at the end of our program
- A Bundle of Personalized Gifts sent to their front door in a packaged box that is branded by Coachable
- An Immediate Role-Playing Session to teach them Premium Enrolment techniques via Zoom
- Immediate scheduling of a co-working session to clear the most prevalent blocks that are preventing them from performing optimally in their personal and professional lives
And of course, everything else included in the onboarding process above.
Take these ideas and create your own onboarding experience for your clients.
Believe me when I tell you, it’s amazing how inspirational it is to enrol people simply from the anticipation of them getting access to your onboarding experience.
That alone is a driving influence to market, promote, and sell your offers.
